Refund Policy

At Panchama, we provide digital services including counselling sessions and online courses. Due to the nature of our offerings, we maintain a strict refund and cancellation policy as outlined below.

1. Counselling Sessions

  • No Rescheduling: Once a counselling session is booked and paid for, rescheduling is not allowed under any circumstances.

  • Cancellations: All bookings are final and non-refundable, including cancellations due to personal emergencies, schedule conflicts, or no-shows.

  • Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to attend the session on time and ensure they are available at the scheduled time slot.

2. Online Courses

  • Non-Refundable: All online course purchases are non-refundable once access is granted.

  • Access Issues: If you encounter technical issues accessing a course, you must notify us within 48 hours of purchase at info@panchama.com. We will assist in resolving the issue, but refunds will not be provided.

3. Refund Processing

  • As counselling and course payments are final and non-refundable, no refunds will be processed unless explicitly agreed upon in writing due to a technical error on our end (e.g., duplicate payment).
